Our Story
The Hub of Baker was born out of a simple belief: every community deserves a newspaper of its own. Baker is a small town with a big heart, and for too long its stories went untold outside of word-of-mouth and social media posts that disappear in a scroll.
We launched The Hub to change that — to give Baker a permanent, printed record of the people, businesses, events, and moments that make this place worth calling home. Every issue is distributed free of charge throughout the community.
The Hub of Baker is published by people who live here, care about this community, and believe that a well-informed neighborhood is a stronger one. We're grateful to our advertisers, contributors, and readers who make it all possible.
